SymptomsThe existing customer goes to PBA-E Online Store in hope to subscribe to a specific Service Plan, however they do not see this plan if they authenticate in Store.
The Service Plan is published, it is included into the Sales Category and this category is configured in parameters of the needed screen in the Store.
Moreover, other customers do not have such a problem, they can see all Service Plans being logged in the Online Store. Also, if a customer does not log into Store with their account they may see Service Plan they want to purchase.
CauseCheck if the option "Show Customers only Plans of this Class" is enabled for the class the customer belongs to.
If this option is enabled the customer will only be shown Service Plans with the same customer class as in customer account, thus Service Plans which belong to other customer class will be effectively missing.
ResolutionTo solve the problem either disable the option 'Show Customers only Plans of this Class' in customer class or change Service Plan the customer want to subscribe to to have the same customer class.
The option may be disabled in PBA-E control panel at Top > Configuration Director > Sales & Financial Settings > Customer Classes > click on the needed customer class > click 'Edit'.
