Provider (or reseller) changed Sitebuilder plan in a hosting plan and want to upgrade subscriptions to the latest version of plan in PBA-S control panel at Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > choose plan > tab 'Subscriptions' > 'Upgrade Subscriptions'.
Some subscriptions cannot cannot be upgraded to the latest version of plan, the error message is:
The Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder plan in the new Hosting Plan conflicts with the Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder plan in the current subscription
The same error message is shown when Provider is trying to change hosting plan for a single subscription to the same plan.
The error means that Sitebuilder plan defined in the plan is not compatible with existing Sitebuilder site created in subscription(s).
It is not possible to perform Mass Upgrade of subscriptions to the new version of hosting plan if it has Sitebuilder plan incompatible with existing site in subscription. Such restriction was specially added to prevent mass Sitebuilder sites damage due to plans incompatibility.
The possible solutions for the problem:
1. Remove Sitebuilder site in subscription, upgrade subscription to the latest version of plan and re-create Sitebuilder site from scratch.
Attention: all existing data in Sitebuilder site will be lost, so this way may be used with care.
2. Do not change Sitebuilder plan in hosting plan to another one, instead - change parameters of Sitebuilder plan itself. As a result ID of Sitebuilder plan in the hosting plan subscription is based on will not be changed and it will be possible to upgrade subscription to the latest version of hosting plan.
