Resolution1. When a reseller tries to log into the Control Panel using Internet Explorer, he/she gets a blank page.
In order to resolve this, try to enable Meta Refresh in the Internet Security options of Internet Explorer.
2. For earlier versions of Internet Explorer (version 6), there may occur issues with poor performance,
though it may work perfecrly fast in Mozilla/Netscape.
The latest Internet Explorer 6 version has certain problems with caching images.
In order to resolve this issue, try to set Check for newer versions of stored pages parameter in Internet Explorer cache settings to Automatically.
Please also try increasing memory for file caching.
