You may need PBA to send out notifications when an upgrade or downgrade order has been placed. Please, refer to instructions below in order to perform the corresponding configuration.
Upgrade and Downgrade order placed notification must be configured in Order Flow:
Open the current order flow in PBA Provider Control Panel at Configuration Director > Order Processing > Order Flow
Find the required order type - Upgrade or Downgrade order
Find all the transition from the initial status NW, it can be done by typing 'NW' in 'From' field and performing the search.
In case the transition type is auto or on event you need to attach a notification sending to this transition. To do it, enter the transition and specify the notification template which will be sent on order placement in the 'Success Template Name' field.
If the Transition Type is manual for these transitions, then you will have to add an intermediate status as a notification will not be sent until someone manually approved or cancelled an order:
5.1. Switch to the Order Statuses tab and add a new status, name it 'N1' for example.
5.2. Proceed to the General tab and use еру 'Add New Transition' button to create a transition from NW to N1 with the following parameters:
From NW Success N1 Fail NW Transition Type Auto Success Template Name <select the name of the notification template> Action <any name for the action, for example 'Send Notification'>
Important: Order Flow Handler must be left blank.
5.3. Create transitions from N1 to all the statuses for which there is a transition from status NW. The parameters must be the same as the initial transitions from NW have.
5.4. Old manual transitions from NW status must be deleted.
