If Billing menu items are disabled according to the Operations Provider's Guide , the button Reassign User Licenses at CCPv2 > Office 365 still works, but the below error message is displayed:
Resource limit is exceeded. Please contact provider.
although there are enough free licenses.
This behavior was aknowleged as a software isse APSA-19627 and will be fixed in future relases of the Office 365 APS application.
Please contact your Technical Accoutn Manage in order to clarify the current status of the issue.
In order to work around the issue and hide the error message, please apply the below solution:
- Go to OA > System > Settings > CCP v2 Navigation
- Search for the view
- Tick the checkbox next to the view and click Show
