An attempt to remove a Tax Zone fails with the following error:
Tax Zone Provider-Country cannot be removed: first you need to remove the Tax Zone Assignment Rule(s) assigned to it.
However in Home > System > Settings > Taxation > Tax Zones and Tax Categories > Tax Zone Assignment Rules tab there are no rules assigned to the Tax Zone.
The issue is caused by #PBA-67935 "Unable to remove Tax Zone if zone with same ID is used under different vendor"
- Check if a Tax Zone with the same ID exist under other Vendors
- Go Home > System > Settings > Taxation > Tax Zones and Tax Categories > Tax Zone Assignment Rules under the Vendor which has the Tax Zone and reassign the Tax Zone Assignment Rules to another Tax Zone
If after the reassignment the error still appears, please, contact Odin Technical Support for a workaround.
