Symptoms

There has been a change order for service plan switch. It failed due to whatever reason and has been cancelled. However operation on OA side (service template switch/limits change) has been already completed and was not reverted back after order cancellation.

Cause

The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-83777 ("Subscription is left on new template/with new limits in OA when change plan is cancelled").

Resolution

It the current limits on OA side are correct and must be kept - place a new change order to change the service plan. If the new limits on OA side are not correct - change them with pem.upgradeSubscription.
