A reseller's brand is not accessible. On attempt to reach the panel/webmail interface it fails with a timeout error.
brand.example.com was added with a private IP address. As a result, the A-record for
brand.example.com points to this private IP address.
- Go to OA > Infrastructure > IP Addresses > IP Translations
- Click both rules - for ports 80 and 443 - for the corresponding private IP and specify a proper public IP address
- Click Submit - after this the system A-record in the DNS zone will change its data from the private IP to the public one.
