Symptoms

Task for provisioning of APS application 'Mail2World' fails with following error:

Application configuration script reported errors: '
error id "API-error", setting id "create domain": Description:Invalid domain or you do not have administrator permissions.'

In Mail2World application logs located on the provisioning gateway in /var/tmp one could see the aforementioned error message is returned by 'Mail2World' external service:

----------  Request . 1042179http://claroempresasrdcom.api.mail2world.com/restapi/loginGet GUID
...
----------  Response . <Domain xmlns="http://stage.mail2world.com/schemas/v100/Domain.xsd">
  <apiError>
    <Code>-1004</Code>
    <Description>Invalid domain or you do not have administrator permissions.</Description>
    <HttpRequestType>POST</HttpRequestType>
    <URL>http://claroempresasrdcom.api.mail2world.com/restapi/Domains/example.com?GUID=b7e79503-aaa9-4b38-9487-fd501d91eac0</URL>
  </apiError>
</Domain>. Error message = Invalid domain or you do not have administrator permissions.

Cause

Domain is already registered in Mail2World service, but for another account, which you may find active in OAP.

API error codes are available here http://mail2world.com/services/RESTAPI_ErrorCodes.html

Resolution

Resolve conflict between domains by cancelling either of subscriptions. Mail2World does not allow to register same domains for different accounts.
