Symptoms

  1. Provider removed server whith WebFileManager from Odin Automation

  2. Task of type Cleanup packages on host first failed with error:

    '/var/log/elFinder.log': There is no such logfile registered on the service SERVICE_ID
    
  3. Later task output can change to this:

    deluser webfilemanager: No such file or directory (errno 2). PA agent endpoint: https://HOST_IP:8352/process
    

Cause

The issue is caused by bug POA-89221

Resolution

The bug is fixed in OAP 7.0. The fix is applicable for new WebFileManager deployments. The issue still can happen if WebFileManager was deployed on older OAP versions. Please contact Odin Technical Support to apply a workaround.
