Putting a Subscription on Hold manually, as a Provider, I would like to send a Customer a Notification which contains a Comment with explanation why the Subscription was Put on Hold. Which placeholder in Billing Notifications can be used to add the Comment specified putting a Subscription on Hold into Notification sent to a Customer?
Currently there is no such placeholder in Billing Notifications. A Feature Request #PFR-1241 "A Subscription Notification placeholder for a comment why a Subscription was Put on Hold" was submitted to add the placeholder into the system.
