Symptoms

  1. Tab Lync never opens in CCP - it is loading forever.

  2. Browser console log contains the error:

    {
            "error": "APS::Util::Exception",
            "message": "Error: null value fetch."
    }
    

Cause

Software issue #APS-42619 - database contains duplicate entries in aps_relation_info table.

Resolution

The script is planned to be included in one of the future product updates. Contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA team (pta@odin.com) to trace the status of #APS-42619.

Contact Odin Technical Support to have the issue worked around.
