The tab VPS is loading infinitely in CCPv2. The following error is registered in the browser console:
Returned status 500. Message: Unreachable code
There is a subscription on the account with a subscription period, which its parent service plan does not have. The subscription status does not matter - the issue occurs even if the affected subscription was terminated/removed.
The subscription period could be deleted from the sevice plan after all related sales orders were archived. The possibility to remove subscription periods, which are in use by subscriptions was recognized as a software issue PBA-83143.
Please contact your Technical Account Manager in order to clarify the current status of PBA-83143.
In order to fix the issue, either recreate deleted subscription period in the service plan, or contact Odin Technical Support to change the subscription period of the affected subscriptions.
