Office 365. Customer ordered Skype for Business PSTN Domestic Calling Addon, but it was not provisioned to the Microsoft cloud.

Cause
Environment misconfiguration. Skype for Business PSTN Domestic Calling Addon has incorrect parent license specified.
Resolution
Please check the latest Deployment Assistant document in order to check valid possible parents for this Addon.
At present, the following licenses could be used as possible parents:
- Skype for Business Cloud PBX
- Office 365 Enterprise E5 without PSTN Conferencing
- Office 365 Enterprise E5
- Microsoft 365 E5
- Microsoft 365 E5 without PSTN Conferencing
- Microsoft 365 E5 without PSTN Conferencing (Government Pricing)
But please check the latest Deployment Assistant to obtain valid info.
Please be aware about the first "possible parent" member - Skype for Business Cloud PBX is an Addon too. Request #APSA-15428: "Support "Add-ons for add-ons" licences in Office 365" has been addressed to Odin Development team in order to implement ability to add an Addon as parent for another Addon.
