ERROR aps_endpoint: Parallels.Office365.Azure.Response.GraphClientException: GRAPH API Error: One or more properties contains invalid values.

Cause

Endpoint is trying to forcibly change Global Administrator user password on the Microsoft side and facing the following situation: Endpoint DB contains password, generated by the Endpoint itself, while another native password was already set on Microsoft portal side by customer himself.

This behavior has been submitted to Odin Development team as request #APSA-19112: "GRAPH API Error: One or more properties contains invalid values".

Resolution

Please contact pta@odin.com or TAM to trace the status of #APSA-19112.
Please contact Odin Technical Support to apply workaround for this case (it requires manual Endpoint DB intervention).
