Symptoms

Customer cannot buy new licenses on CCPv2 > Office 365 screens. Buttons Buy More and Buy New License are:
1. Not visible;
2. Hang in infinite loading;

Cause

Settings in Provider CP > BA > System > Settings > Customer CP:

Visibility of Billing Screens in CCP v2

Show Orders/Subscriptions  *No*
Show Invoices/Payments     *No*

Resolution

Set these settings to Yes and check CCPv2 interface.

Case, when both settings are set to No, but Buy New License and Buy More buttons are visible anyway has been reported to Odin Development team as request #APSA-19078: "CCPv2: "Buy New License" button is still visible despite the disabled "Visibility of Billing Screens in CCP v2" option".
