A provider would like to configure a Notification which is sent in case if a Domain Transfer is failed. How it can be achieved?
To configure such a Notification, please, follow the steps below:
- Go Home > System > Settings > Notifications > Notification Templates and create a new Notification Template;
Set Message Type to
Order Notification, fill out other required fields and specify the following
- Go Home > System > Settings > Order Processing > Order Flow, choose Order Type SO and switch to Order Flow Transitions tab;
- Filter the transitions specifying Provisioning Not Completed (PN) in From Status field and click on the transition;
- Specify previously created Notification Template in Success Template Name filed;
Note: if Transfer fee is set to 0 in a Domain Service Plan Subscription Periods, option
Show Zero Price must be enabled for Transfer fee.
