iolimit) is propagated to a Virtual Machine 1000 times lesser than it is defined in
Billable Resources tab of related Virtual Machine Hosting plan.
For example, in the Hosting Plan The bandwidth a Virtual machine is allowed to use for its disk I/O operations is set as
20 MB/s, but Virtual Machines based on that plan have it set as
Such behavior was classified as software issue PBAS-30651 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.
