According to the documetnetion it should be possible to hide 'Enable/Disable CCP v2' menu by setting 'System Configuration' privilege to View or Disabled.
Under reseller account all users have this privilege set to 'Disabled'. However, the menu item still can be seen from the Control Panel.
The situation with will be fixed in the scope of the software issue #APS-42491.
Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team (email@example.com) in order to trace the current status the aforementioned issue. Fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.
Check that user has one 'Account administrator' role. In case there are more than one role, make sure that 'System Configuration' is disabled for each roles.
