Symptoms

Under Top > Commerce Director > Online Payments > Transaction Log on of the transactions is displayed in Declined status. Payment was made via LinkPoint SSL Credit Card plug-in.

Cause

Transaction in question was declined on Payment Gateway side. From /var/log/hspc/hspc.log:

Resolution
