Symptoms

When trying to access the VPS tab in CCPv2, it keeps loading and never ends. The following errors can be found in the browser debug console:

TypeError: veList_ is undefined

and:

aps.debug.js:21822 A promise was rejected and unhandled by the application. It can bring your application into unstable state. The best practice is to handle both final states of a promise (resolved and rejected).

Cause

There are broken APS resources of virtual environments on the account, which are in unprovisioning state and do not have corresponding hosting resource.

Resolution

Run the following REST query on the management node with the account token (the token can also be found in the browser debug console):

curl -kH "APS-Token:JEF..." "https://localhost:6308/aps/2/resources?implementing(http://www.parallels.com/infrastructure/virtual-environment/2.1),select(aps.id,name),eq(aps.status,aps:unprovisioning)"
[
        {
                "aps":
                {
                        "type": "http://www.parallels.com/infrastructure/virtual-environment/2.1",
                        "id": "2cf3bbbb-52a7-46ad-b158-b7a357aaa99e",
                        "status": "aps:unprovisioning",
                        "revision": 4,
                        "modified": "2017-07-01T13:00:00Z"
                },
                "name": "server-1012233-1"
        }
]

The returned VE name contains the subscription ID (here it is #1012233). Use the ID to find any failed/unprocessed/cancelled task to unprovision the subscription resources and conplete it. Then try to remove the subscription.
