Symptoms

  1. Go Home > Operations > Customers;
  2. Find a Customer Account;
  3. Switch to Payment Methods tab;
  4. Choose a credit card created on a Tokenized payment method like Authorize.net
  5. Change a credit card expiration date and click "Save";

Credit card number is cut.

Cause

The issue is caused by #PBA-80828: "Payment method of custom type is corrupted if being edited from CP"

Resolution

Contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify status of the software-related issue.
