Symptoms

EULA is not available on CHECKOUT_SCREEN Online Store screen. Link to EULA pdf document is located on the "I have read and I accept the ... " section and it shows the following error instead of pdf file in new browser window:

Page not found.
Please, contact your support team for assistance.

Cause

Check if EULA link is hardcoded in the termsofservice Online Store layout template and this link points to the correct file location.

Resolution

For instance link in the layout template is:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=https://cp.provider.com.ec/static/skins/default/v3/images/eula/EULA.pdf"> 

In this case required pdf files should be placed to:

  • OA 6.x version: /usr/local/pem/ui/webgate/static/skins/v3/images/eula/*.pdf
  • OA 7.x version: /usr/local/pem/wildfly-10.1.0.Final/ext/webgate/static/skins/v3/images/eula/*.pdf
