Symptoms

Home Dashboard does not show the trial information for applications in CCP v2.

The following error message can be found in /var/log/core.log on the Management node:

Cause

This behaviour is caused by several software-related issues:

#POA-111440: "error on /limits if application service ID contains white space"

#PBA-80918: "Strange behaviour of "subscriptions-by-aps-types" request"

Resolution

Contact Odin Technical Support to work around the issue.

The permanent fix is planned to be included in one of future product updates. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com in order to trace the current status of the aforementioned issues.
