Question

Staff member went Top > Commerce Director > Payment Processing > Secure Storage and selected the Erase the payment method data from the system option. Thus, all credit cards and bank account data was wiped out from the system.

Is there a way to restore payment method data back to OBAS system?

Answer

Make sure that there exists a backup of the OBAS database and contact Odin Technical Support for assistance.
