Symptoms

A customer's default language was changed in Billing.

All new staff members created under the account still see the old default language in CCP.

Cause

The issue is acknowledged as POA-102932: account locale change in Billing is not reflected on the Operations side.

Resolution

Contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of a Pooled Technical Associates team to clarify the status of the issue.
