Summary

Starting from Office365 16.8 to 16.8.3 package version new e-mail notification were introduced due to Office365 UI changes in CCPv2: access details are no longer visible in CCPv2 ( CCPv1 behavior is not changed).

New e-mail notifications:
- Welcome message text could be seen and modified in Operations Automation > System > Settings > Email templates > "Office 365 Service Instant Activation Notification"
- E-mail notifications could be disable using the following KB articles: How to disable Welcome Notification for Office 365 Users in v. 16.8.x and How to disable Welcome Notification for new Office 365 Customers in v. 16.8.x
- Were completely disabled in 16.8.4 APS package version

Old e-mail notifications:
- Are still valid for CCPv1. In order to enable this functionality it is required to follow these Provider's Guide steps: Preparing Office 365 Welcome Message Templates, Welcome Message Templates Download URL, Installing Office 365 Application Endpoint -

Office 365 notifications are disabled in CCPv2.

Feature request #APSA-19656 was addressed to our Development team in order to implement plaform notifications in the Office 365 package.
