An attempt to delete a hosting plan takes place with quite big delay. Sometimes it leads to the following messages:
Server is temporarily closed for maintenance Server is currently undergoing maintenance and upgrades by our technical support team.
The Requested Object Cannot be Found
Such behavior was classified as software issue PBAS-30613 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.

hspc-upgrade-manager --finish will cause OBAS downtime for several minutes.
Note: The hotfix provides a possibility to delete hosting plans by a background task.
After installation, please go to Top > Billing Director > Settings > Miscellaneous Settings and enable
Delete the Hosting Plan series in the background option.
