Symptoms

Order provisioning is stuck in Checking provisioning conditions status, Check Reseller balance results in exception:

Table Tariff Period doesn't contain row with id id, reseller's_id

Cause

The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-80219 ("Possibility of wrong plan delegation which causes failed provisioning"). Initial step that causes the issue is wrong reseller synchronization - the delegated plan was added to the provider's level, but only the reseller of the second or more level was synchronized, without synchronization of the reseller of the first level.

Resolution

  1. Initiate a correct delegation procedure - synchronize the first-level reseller. As a result you will get one more, already correctly deleagted service plan.
  2. Rename previous, wrongly delegated plan to something like "Do not use, wrong plan".
  3. Cancel the stuck order (which is only possible by manual adding of the order flow transition).
