How to make Help button visible and active on the main menu in CCPv2 in Odin Automation version 7.1?

Resolution

In order to make Help link visible and active in CCPv2, at least one of the following URLs should be set in Control Panel > System > Settings > System Properties:

  1. Support Contacts page URL
  2. Q&A page URL
  3. Trouble Ticketing System URL
  4. Documentation Downloads page URL
