The subscription stopped for the resource overusage. The renewal order for this subscription was placed and processed. As a result the subscription gets status Active/Running, even though the resource is left overused.
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-57989 ("Subscription service status was changed from Stopped to Active after subscription renewal in case of non-measurable resource overusage").
Please contact your TAM/pta team to clarify the status of the bug. The issue is not critical because with the next daily billing the subscription will be stopped again, as the resource is still overused.
