Execute operation 'massUpdatePanelApps' task fails with the following output:

APS Application Error:
500 Internal Server Error

In /var/log/pa/pvps.log on MN the following error can be found:

[Apr,07 22:03:12][PTQ_1491602592][ERR][clouds massUpdatePanelAppsAsync]: Update Plesk in VPS Panel application has been failed. Details:

Custom PHP configuration in VE: PHP functions, required for Plesk in VPS Panel instance update, are listed in 'disabled_functions' in /etc/php.ini.


  1. Remove the line with disable_functions in /etc/php.ini.
  2. Run the Plesk in VPS Panel update task.
  3. Restore the configuration in /etc/php.ini
