Question

In the provider's/reseller's control panel under account's Payment Methods tab several methods are shown - e.g. Check/Cash, External Redirect. but neither of them in shown in the CCP v2 (Account > Payment Methods). Why?

Answer

The Account > Payment Methods section of the CCP v2 is designed to show only the payment methods saved in the customer account, for example, a saved PayPal account or a stored credit card. Payment methods available for payment in general (like a new PayPal account, Check/Cash, redirect payment methods that don’t create any saved tokens for future recurring payments) are not listed in this section. However both kinds of payment methods (generic, and customer’s) are available to the customer during payment.
