In the subscription there is a resource in the
Provisioning status with a reference to cancelled change order (which actually was created for plan change, not for resource upgrade). This results in wrong billing for this subscription - the resource which was never actually ordered is getting billed in the renewal/billing order.
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-79494 ("Incorrect resource amount charged during subscription renewal and recurring billing in case of failed change order").
Create a credit memo for the account (and reseller if required). To fix the status of the resource, please contact Odin Technical Support Team.
