The reseller and the provider have different currencies configured. An attempt to create a credit memo for the resellers customer fails with an exception:
operation with different currency IDs
The issue is caused by #PBA-79769: "An attempt to create a Credit Memo for a Reseller's Customer leads to "operation with different currency IDs"".
