Symptoms

Unprovisioning "Tenant" for APS application Microsoft Office 365 task fails with the following error:

"code": 500,
"message": "Customer's data in the DB is invalid: CSP customer Id is missing",
"http_request": "DELETE /O365App/aps/tenants/168f55a7-a20f-43b4-8bba-d5dee55cbdd4 to '127.0.0.1'"

Cause

Software-related issue #APSA-12889: "Office365 tenant deletion should not fall if the csp id field is not filled for the customer".

Tenant resource cannot be removed due to empty CspId field in the O365 Endpoint DB.

Resolution

#APSA-12889 has been fixed in Office365 6.4 APS package version. Please contact Odin Technical Support to obtain workaround.
