Symptoms

Customer is not able to save changes in TTL of particular DNS record. After altering the value on edit record screen and submitting the changes, the old value is displayed. No errors occur neither in CP nor in logs.

Cause

The issue was investigated and passed to the Engineering team with ID POA-110997: "Unable to edit TTL value of resource records".

Resolution

Solution for POA-110997 was delivered in scope of OA 7.0.1 HOTFIX 130638 PUI v15.

Please install KB130638 in order to fix the issue permanently.
