Symptoms

On attempt to create Office 365 Reconciliation Report the following error appears:

"Index was outside the bounds of the array."

The exact reason could be seen in the sitelog: an order could not be processed:

Cause

Order #3030 contains empty unit price field for several Order Items.

Such behavior has been reported to Development Team as request #PBA-79089: "Incorrect Deliver Line generated for CH in case BO was processed between its provisioning start and end date".

Contact TAM or pta@odin.com in order to trace the status of the request.
