We received an e-mail stating that since February 20th, 2017 Plesk and Virtuozzo will use separate API accounts for issuing licenses.
What should we do?
- Please make sure that in KAGATE plugin in Business Automation uses
ka.plesk.comhostname for KA server at
System -> Settings -> Licenses -> PLUGIN_NAME -> Key Administrator Address
- In case you issue both Plesk and Virtuozzo licenses through Business Automation please contact your Sales representative to make sure that your API account in Plesk Key Administrator has correct configuration. Also please contact Odin technical support for further instructions on setup of Business Automation.
