Staff Members receive reset password link containing
Backnet IP address of Management Node instead of branded URL. At the same time, it cannot be reproduced for Service Users or client's staff members - they receive correct link.
VENDOR_CCP_URL variable value in the message body.
This behavior can be caused by one of the reasons below:
- Software-related issue #APS-40035 ("Backnet IP is used in notifications if neither customer nor its vendor has an brand ") in case affected Reseller does not have his own brand (and branded URL) configured;
- Software-related issue #APS-41360 ("Reset password email for Provider staff contains the link to internal core node IP") in case Reseller/Provider has his own brand configured. The issue exists only for the provider's staff members;
- APS-40035 has been fixed in OA 7.0.0 HOTFIX 130137 PAU v12, please install hotfix or upgrade OSA to the latest version;
- APS-41360 is fixed in OSA 7.3, please contact your TAM/PTA Team to get more details about the bug status and release dates.
