Customer tries to add new auto-attendant (Cloud PBX -> Auto-Attendants -> Add New) or new user in Cloud PBX interface via OA CCP. After several minutes of waiting "Service unavailable" error message is displayed.
In OA logs the issue could be identified by slow SQL requests captured in the following lines:
DBService$11 invocation took 246745 ms
Slowness of consequential DB requests delaying application interface rendering in CCP. The issue was passed to the Engineering team with ID APS-40235: "Slow SQL queries causing "Service unavailable" in PBX CCP interface".
