Questions

The renewal order was cancelled, Status History does not show the CL transaction. Why could it have been cancelled?

Answer

There are two possible reasons:

  1. Cancellation order was placed for this subscription. On cancellation order placement all the unprocessed orders that can be cancelled (NW, NP,unprocessed WP statuses) are getting cancelled
  2. Subscription may have been expired, hold period passed, therefore subscription was terminated. On subscription termination all the unprocessed orders that can be cancelled (NW, NP, unprocessed WP statuses) are getting cancelled.
