Accordingly, as we continue to address our customers' needs by introducing new products and services, we also periodically need to end support for older software versions.
Change in support status
Customer and Business Manager will enter “End-of-life” status on January 1, 2017. At this time, the product will no longer undergo further development and will no longer accept technical support requests.
Ingram Micro Cloud is developing a new version of Odin Automation Essentials that is scheduled to be released in Q2 2017. Odin Automation Essentials is not a replacement product for Customer and Business Manager, however it provides similar capabilities (Domain registration, Shared hosting on Linux and Windows, integrated online store, billing, payment processing and more). We encourage you to manually migrate to this new automation platform.
