Upon using the script as per Configuring Offers for Office365 Service Plans configuration with --owner-id parameter specified:

python --service-plans-json service-plans.json --license-types-json some-licenses.json --pba-stub-plan-id 123 --owner-id 101034721 --o365-app-instance-id 8

it fails:

Parameter --owner-id is not supported. Refer to the #APSA-7803: "[O365] Option --owner-id=OWNERID doesn't work for resellers" for additional details.
