Symptoms

A ZB (zero balance) order is Pending with the following in logs:

Cause

The issue occurs when resources of a reseller customer subscription are downgraded and therefore money difference has to be returned back to the reseller. The issue is not observable in OBAS 4.5.6.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.6 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.

As for already failed orders, they cannot be fixed. They only can be cancelled and new subscriptions with already downgraded resource amounts can be bought.
