Renewal orders are not generated for SSL Certificate subscriptions. The following can be found in hspc.log with DEBUG log level during Recurring payment process along with Invoice and Statements creation procedure task execution:

Another symptom of the issue is that SSL certificate subscriptions with passed End date value remain in Active state. The following can be found in hspc.log with DEBUG log level during Subscription expiration procedure task execution:

Unsafe format of CSR and extended attributes data of certificates initially purchased before OBAS 4.5.2 release.

Such behavior was classified as software issue PBAS-30607 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.
