A transaction made by Eurobank 3D Secure (Cardlink) is in Pending status for hours. How to check if it is stuck or processing?
Top > Commerce Director > Online Payments > Transaction Log > Transaction in question and check if the settings are as below
Payment Method General Data Deleted Status of 3D secure In progress
OBAS waits for a response from the payment gateway by callback and depending on 3dsecure_status value sets the status of transaction.
If a credit card gets deleted, no callback is initiated by OBAS and the transaction remains in the Pending status forever.
Please do not delete particular Payment Method General Data (credit card details) until a transaction is finished.
