Symptoms

Below is the list of TTS-related known issues. Note, TTS module is dropped since OSA 7.0, therefore the list is to be used just for reference, no resolution is excepted.

  1. “Quote & Reply” and “Quote & Comment” are not localized #PBA-76574 ("Not localized fields in TTS").
  2. It is not possible to work with the renamed notification templates (only default "TTS Ticket Resolved Template" can be used).
  3. Notifications are not localized due to bug with id #PBA-67455 ("TTS sending non localized notifications").
  4. Due to bug with id ##PBA-71750 ("TTS task TTS.RemindDueTickets is being executed too often which causes issues when managing tickets in Control Panel") tickets can be opened for a long time, sometimes it becomes not possible to work with TTS at all. Change the task frequency to avoid it:

    Home> System> Settings> Events>
    Scheduled Task #ID TTS Notify Tickets
