Question

Is it possible to migrate webspace between NFS servers in NG cluster and between hosts in Legacy Shared Hosting?

Answer

Migration between NFS servers:

Websites can be moved from one NFS server to another from Provider's Control panel: https://download.automation.odin.com/pa/6.0/doc/portal/6.0/oa/72650.htm. This operation can be also performed using the API method pem.web_cluster.changeNFS API method.

In order to perform such migrations you need to have at least two NFS volumes. In order to add NFS volumes please go to Top > Infrastructure > Service Nodes > Web Clusters > name_of_NG_web_cluster > NFS Volumes > Manage NFS Volumes > Add NFS Volume.

Migration between Legacy Shared Hosting hosts:

There is no possibility to migrate a webspace from one Legacy Shared Hosting server to another or between two different clusters. Feature request to implement such functionality has been submitted to the development team, its ID is POA-59485. It will be considered for implementation in future versions of OA.
