Is there a way to remove or edit a domain contact from the dropdown menu shown when under
Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > example.com > Contacts info the Edit button is pressed?
Domain contacts are created per customer. Let us say
example.com belongs to the customer named John Doe.
Thus, to edit or delete that domain contacts one must go
Top > Account Director > Customer Manager > Customers > John Doe > Domain contacts tab and click on some contact.
Note: if a contact is already used for some domain it cannot be edited or removed.
